London based Trailer Trash Tracys are another girl-fronted band with the trashed lo-fi sound which I LOVE! Playing lots of cool gigs coming up – check.it.out.

On a blog, someone described these as ‘post-punk buzz-thump’ which I love, and with my inability to describe genres I’ll just use that! It’s everything I loved about 90s band Jonathan Fire*eater (who I posted below!)

OLD SKOOL. I discovered these and a lot of other great bands on the Deceptive Fifty compilation released back in 1998 (more info here) and was reminded of them when I heard Eddy Current Suppression Ring. Drunken yells and trashy instrumentation along with interesting lyrics. LOVES ITS.
